Michelle, now 24, was born in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from UC San Diego in 2011 with her BS in Biochemistry: Cellular Biology and minor in Psychology. She is currently fulfilling her childhood goal of becoming a pharmacist as she attains her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree at Loma Linda University. Michelle has completed the didactic portion of her program and is now on her clincal rotations in various pharmacy settings such as pediatric cardiac ICU, ambulatory care, and coorporate management. 2015 will be a very big year for Michelle as she earns both her Pharm.D. and "MRS" degrees!

 

You can either find Michelle working with patients as an intern pharmacist for Kaiser Permanente, running to a meeting, catching a flight at an airport, or grabbing some fuel at Starbucks! During a typical week, Michelle often finds herself driving all over Southern California for school and work and then flying up north to see Hayden. Her friends often forget where "home" is for Michelle, as she is always on the go. Despite her busy schedule, Hayden keeps her grounded and motivated. 

 

Whether she is wearing her white pharmacy coat or her white wedding dress, Michelle looks forward to the next chapters in her professional and personal lives!
